At approximately 5:35 a.m. on May 10, police were dispatched to the report of a late larceny. It was determined during overnight hours, that the suspect(s) made entry into five vehicles parked in the 1800 block of N. Quinn Street, shattering the windows of two vehicles, rummaging through the interiors and stole electronics, personal identification cards, personal items and an undisclosed amount of cash. Additionally, a vehicle parked at 21st Street N. at N. Courthouse Road had its rear passenger window shattered and the suspect(s) stole a firearm, personal identification cards and credit cards. The suspect(s) also entered and rummaged through a vehicle parked in the 1200 block of N. Nash Street and stole a separate parked vehicle. The stolen vehicle is described as a gray 2011 Subaru Impreza with Virginia tag TRY7710. All victim vehicles varied in make and model. There is no suspect(s) description. The investigation is ongoing.
