Location: 1100 block of S. George Mason Drive, Arlington VA
Time: 3:18 a.m., September 21 (incident occurred around 1:45 a.m.)
A business located on S. George Mason Drive was the site of a robbery in the early morning hours of September 21. Around 1:45 a.m., two suspects entered the store. One distracted the employee at the counter while the other concealed merchandise.
When confronted by the employee, the second suspect allegedly made threatening statements before both suspects fled the store without paying. No injuries were reported.
Following an investigation, one suspect was identified and arrested the next day.
Arrested: Demontra Molesworth, 32, of No Fixed Address
Molesworth has been charged with Robbery.
The second suspect remains at large and is described as a Black male, approximately 40 years old, 5’8”, wearing a dark t-shirt, light blue shorts, and tennis shoes. The investigation is ongoing.
