At approximately 3:14 p.m. on February 10, police were dispatched to the report of a stabbing. Upon arrival, it was determined the male suspect was allegedly acting disorderly inside a building and was confronted by security personnel as well as the male victim, during which a struggle ensued, and the suspect produced a sharp object. The suspect then struck the victim and security personnel with the object, resulting in lacerations. Security personnel then escorted the suspect from the building, where responding officers located him and took him into custody. Medics responded and transported the security personnel and victim to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Donovan Porter, 20, of Arlington, Va., was arrested and charged with Malicious Wounding (x2). He was held without bond.
