At approximately 9:24 a.m. on April 15, police were dispatched to the late report of an assault with injury. Upon arrival, it was determined at approximately 8:30 a.m., the male victim entered the business, and the male suspect approached him and engaged him in conversation, during which a verbal dispute ensued. The suspect then struck the victim. The victim exited the business and subsequently requested the assistance of the police. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to an area hospital. There is no suspect description. The investigation is ongoing.
