Malicious Wounding Reported in the 1400 Block of S. Eads Street

Location: 1400 block of S. Eads Street, Arlington VA
Time: 4:32 p.m. on February 15, 2026 (report time)

Police received a late report of an assault at the police station regarding an incident that allegedly occurred around 3:00 a.m. inside a residence in the 1400 block of S. Eads Street.

According to the victims, two male suspects approached them from a room inside the home and demanded their personal belongings. When the victims refused, one suspect stole a jacket before both suspects allegedly struck the victims with baseball bats and threatened them with a machete. The victims were able to leave the residence and later sought medical treatment at a hospital for serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Female Suspect One is described as a light-skinned Hispanic female, approximately 5’5”, 20-30 years old, with brown eyes and tan hair. Female Suspect Two is described as a thin-build female of unknown race, approximately 5’6”, 20-30 years old, with short black hair. Male Suspect One is described as a bald Hispanic male, approximately 6’2”, 30-40 years old, wearing all black clothing. Male Suspect Two is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5’6”, 20-30 years old, wearing all black clothing.

The investigation remains ongoing.
