ARLINGTON, VA — A Woodbridge man was arrested following an alleged indecent exposure incident outside an apartment along Columbia Pike.
Police said the victim was inside his residence when a male suspect approached his apartment window and allegedly exposed himself.
Officers broadcast a lookout and located an individual matching the suspect’s description near the scene. He was taken into custody.
Police identified the man as Jayson Middleton, 37, of Woodbridge. Middleton was charged with indecent exposure.
