A 20-year-old man was arrested after Arlington County police responded to a report of disorderly conduct at a residential building on the morning of Aug. 1.
According to police, the victim was inside a common area of the building when they observed a man outside allegedly exposing himself. Officers responded to the scene, located the suspect and took him into custody without incident.
During the investigation, police say the suspect provided false identification information. Officers later determined he was also wanted on an outstanding warrant from Virginia Beach.
Elliott Williams, 20, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure, trespassing and giving false identity to law enforcement. He was also served with the outstanding warrant from Virginia Beach.
