A disturbing incident at a local business led to an arrest after a man allegedly exposed himself earlier in the day and then returned hours later.
According to police, the suspect was inside the business around 5:00 p.m. when the incident occurred. Security ordered him to leave and banned him from returning. However, he came back later that evening, prompting a call to police.
Officers located and arrested Michael Bowels, 66, at the scene. He is charged with indecent exposure and trespassing and is being held without bond.
