ARLINGTON, VA — A 24-year-old Bethesda man was arrested after allegedly throwing glass bottles from a residential balcony and striking an occupied vehicle below, according to police.
Officers responded to the 3100 block of 10th Street N. at approximately 10:26 p.m. for a report of disorderly conduct.
Police said the suspect allegedly threw glass bottles from a balcony, striking an occupied parked vehicle and shattering its rear windshield.
No injuries were reported.
Responding officers identified the suspect and took him into custody at the scene.
Peter Sullivan, 24, of Bethesda, Maryland, was charged with missile into an occupied vehicle, misdemeanor destruction of property, felony destruction of property and two counts of reckless endangerment by throwing objects from a high place.
