A 67-year-old Arlington man was arrested Tuesday evening after officers reportedly observed him yelling and exposing himself in public.
Police said an officer in the area witnessed the suspect outside along Columbia Pike exposing himself. Officers then made contact with the man and took him into custody.
Eliyyahu Nevi, 67, of Arlington, was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure and Public Intoxication.
