Arlington County Police are investigating an indecent exposure reported late Monday morning on the 5300 block of 8th Road S.
Police were dispatched to the area at approximately 11:41 a.m. for a report of disorderly conduct. Investigators determined that a male victim was in the area when he observed a man expose himself.
The suspect fled before officers arrived. Police described him as a Black male, approximately 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing approximately 160 to 200 pounds. He was reportedly wearing a black sweat suit.
The investigation remains ongoing.
