Location: Unit block of S. Glebe Road, Arlington VA
Time: Approximately 6:37 p.m., January 20 (incident occurred ~45 minutes earlier)
A man sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries after being assaulted on S. Glebe Road. He reported to Virginia Hospital Center and told police he was approached by two men while walking. One suspect demanded money and struck him with a sharp object, causing lacerations.
The attackers fled without stealing anything. Both suspects are described as males around 6’1” tall, 240 pounds, wearing all black and face coverings. Police are continuing the investigation.
