At approximately 7:33 a.m. on May 16, police were dispatched to the report of disorderly conduct. A responding officer observed the male suspect in the area of N. Glebe Road and 41st Street N. throw a rock at a stopped vehicle travelling northbound on N. Glebe Road. The suspect was subsequently taken into custody. Upon further investigation, it was determined the suspect threw rocks at four additional vehicles as they were travelling in the area, resulting in property damage. Collin Risher, 41, of No Fixed Address was arrested and charged with Missile Into an Occupied Vehicle (x4), Felony Destruction of Property (x3) and Misdemeanor Destruction of Property. He was held without bond.
