At approximately 11:33 p.m. on October 25, police were dispatched to the report of suspicious circumstances. Upon arrival, it was determined the two male victims were inside a parked vehicle when their vehicle was struck with a rock, causing the rear windshield to shatter. The victims then drove away from the scene and called police. No injuries were reported. During the course of the investigation, police received a call for service for suspects throwing rocks from the roof of a residential building in the 800 block of N. Quincy Street and located an additional vehicle with property damage. Responding officers canvassed the area for the suspect yielding negative results. There are no suspect descriptions. The investigation is ongoing.
