Arlington police are investigating an attempted robbery connected to a stolen motorcycle Tuesday night.
According to investigators, the victim stepped outside his residence and discovered his motorcycle had been stolen. A witness then directed him toward a suspect seen with the motorcycle near the 1100 block of S. Lincoln Street.
When the victim confronted the suspect, police say the man made threatening statements before abandoning the motorcycle and running away on foot.
Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect. He is described as a Black male, approximately 30 years old, about 6 feet tall, wearing a gray hoodie and blue jeans.
The investigation remains ongoing.
