At approximately 9:14 a.m. on July 3, an officer conducted a traffic stop and determined the driver was operating the vehicle without a driver’s license. During a search of the vehicle prior to towing, officers recovered a distribution amount of suspected fentanyl pills and cocaine and over $10,000. Bryan Alexander Ramos, 19, of Herndon, VA was arrested and charged with Distribution of Schedule I/II Controlled Substance. He was held without bond.
