At approximately 11:15 p.m. on October 24, police were dispatched to the report of a suspicious person. Upon arrival, it was determined that the male victim was inside his residence when he observed the male suspect allegedly looking into the windows of homes while exposing himself. When responding officers arrived, they observed the suspect exposing himself near a playground. The suspect attempted to flee the scene on foot but was detained by officers following a brief foot pursuit. Alexi Rodriguez, 50, of Arlington, VA was arrested and charged with Peeping, Public Masturbation, Obstruction of Justice, and Sex Offender Loitering Near a Park. He was held without bond.
