At approximately 8:37 p.m. on October 13, an officer was flagged down for the late report of a robbery by force. It was determined between approximately 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., the male victim was sitting on a bench when the male suspect approached him from behind, pushed him to the ground and stole an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing the scene on foot. No injuries were reported. The suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 30-40 years old wearing a black coat, beige pants and a black hat. The investigation is ongoing.
