At approximately 1:37 p.m. on September 1, police were dispatched to the report of a robbery by force. Upon arrival, it was determined the male suspect entered the business, concealed merchandise in a bag and walked towards the exit of the store without payment. When confronted by Loss Prevention Personnel, the suspect shoved the employee and fled the scene on foot with the merchandise. A lookout was broadcast, and responding officers conducted a canvass of the area for the suspect yielding negative results. The suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 5’9”, approximately 185 pounds, wearing a gray hoodie, black sweatpants and grey shoes. The investigation is ongoing.
