At approximately 1:28 p.m. on July 12, police were dispatched to the report of a fight. The preliminary investigation indicates the male suspect approached the male victim, whom he is acquaintances with, and a verbal dispute ensued during which the suspect allegedly assaulted the victim and stole two cell phones in the victim’s possession. The suspect left the scene following the incident and officers located and detained him in the 200 block of N. Glebe Road. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Keion Naylor, 29, of Arlington, VA was arrested and charged with Robbery.
