At approximately 12:43 p.m. on June 8, police were dispatched to the report of a shoplifter in custody. Upon arrival, it was determined the male suspect entered the business, allegedly concealed merchandise in a backpack and exited the store without payment. When the suspect was confronted by Loss Prevention personnel outside of the business, he pushed the employee, before being escorted back into the business where the stolen merchandise was recovered. The suspect fled the scene again and was located by responding officers in the area. Damdinbal Nanjid, 50, of Arlington, Va. was arrested and charged with Robbery.
