At approximately 12:50 p.m. on September 5, police were dispatched to the report of an armed robbery. Upon arrival, it was determined the male victim was inside his parked vehicle when the suspect vehicle, described as a black sedan, pulled in front of him. Two suspects exited the vehicle, brandished firearms and forced the victim from his vehicle. The suspects stole the victim’s jewelry and entered his vehicle before reentering the suspect vehicle, driven by a third suspect, and fleeing the scene. The victim sustained minor injuries, and medics evaluated and released him on the scene. A lookout was broadcast, and responding officers canvassed the area for the suspects, yielding negative results. The suspects are three Black males wearing all-black clothing and ski masks. The investigation is ongoing.
