At approximately 6:13 a.m. on November 17, police were dispatched to the report of an assault with a weapon. Upon arrival, it was determined the male victim was outside when approximately 6-8 male suspects approached him and assaulted him with a baseball bat before stealing his wallet, cellphone and clothing items and fleeing the scene. Medics responded and transported the victim to an area hospital for non-life threatening injuries. The suspects are described as Black males wearing all black clothing and ski masks. The investigation is ongoing.
