ROBBERY: 3000 block of Columbia Pike Arlington VA

At approximately 10:59 p.m. on June 27, police were dispatched to the report of a robbery by force. Upon arrival, it was determined the male victim was exiting a business when the male suspect approached him and asked for cash. The victim refused and left the area on foot during which the suspect followed him into the lobby of a building. The suspect allegedly then stole the victim’s food items and began to leave before attempting to steal cash from the victim’s person. The victim refused, and the suspect subsequently struck the victim before fleeing the scene. The victim sustained minor injuries and refused medical attention on the scene. A lookout was broadcast and responding officers located an individual matching the description of the suspect in the area of 11th Street S. and S. Highland Street and took him into custody. Terrence Orendoff, 30, of No Fixed Address, was arrested and charged with Robbery. He was held without bond.
