At approximately 4:30 p.m. on January 3, police were dispatched to the report of a robbery. Upon arrival, it was determined the male suspect allegedly entered the business and began collecting merchandise during which an employee confronted him. The suspect made threatening statements towards the employee before exiting the store without payment. A lookout was broadcast and responding officers located the suspect in the area and took him into custody. Robert Taylor Jr., 49, of Arlington, Va. was arrested and charged with Robbery. He was held without bond.
