At approximately 8:50 p.m. on December 4, police were dispatched to the report of a robbery by force. Upon arrival, it was determined the male victim and a group of approximately six male suspects became engaged in a verbal dispute as a result of a basketball game. As the victim was leaving the area, the suspects approached, assaulted him and stole his backpack and clothing items before fleeing the scene on foot. The victim sustained minor injuries and declined medical attention. Responding officers canvassed the area for the suspects yielding negative results. The suspects are described as Black males, approximately 20-25 years old wearing all dark clothing and ski masks. The investigation is ongoing.
