At approximately 5:36 p.m. on March 10, police were dispatched to the late report of a robbery by force. It was determined at approximately 1:40 p.m., the male victim was outside a residential building when the two male suspects arrived in a vehicle at the location for the prearranged sale of clothing items. The victim handed the items to one of the suspects who then reentered the vehicle without payment. The victim attempted to grab the items and a dispute ensued before the suspects drove away from the scene. The passenger of the vehicle is described as a Black male in his 20’s, approximately 5’6” with braids. There is no description of the driver of the vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.
