At approximately 11:24 p.m. on April 17, police were dispatched to the report of a larceny just occurred. Upon arrival, it was determined the male suspect entered the business, concealed merchandise and exited the store without payment. When the suspect was confronted by an employee, he made threatening statements and fled from the scene. A lookout was broadcast, and responding officers conducted a canvass of the area for the suspect yielding negative results. The suspect is described as a Black male wearing a green jacket and khaki pants. The investigation is ongoing.
