At approximately 3:56 a.m. on May 26, police were dispatched to the report of a robbery by force. Upon arrival, it was determined the male suspect entered the business, collected merchandise and attempted to exit without payment during which he was confronted by an employee. The suspect then struck the employee before leaving the store and subsequently throwing merchandise at the business. The suspect then entered a silver SUV and fled the scene. The employee sustained minor injuries and did not require medical attention. There is no suspect description. The investigation is ongoing.
