At approximately 8:33 a.m. on June 22, police were dispatched to the report of a robbery by force. It was determined at approximately 2:20 p.m. on June 14, the male victim was exiting a business when the male suspect approached him and demanded cash. The victim refused, left the area and walked to the Pentagon City Metro. While inside the Metro, the suspect approached the victim a second time, demanded cash and shoved the victim. The suspect then stole cash from the victim and fled the scene on foot. No injuries were reported. During the course of the investigation, the suspect was identified. On June 22, the victim reported to the Office of the Magistrate, completed a criminal complaint and a warrant for the suspect was obtained. On June 23, officers located the suspect inside a residence in the 500 block of 15th Street S. and took him into custody. Krieg Davis, 38, of Arlington, Va. was arrested and charged with Robbery.
