ROBBERY: 700 block of N. Glebe Road Arlington VA

At approximately 4:38 p.m. on July 16, police were dispatched to the report of a robbery by force. Upon arrival, it was determined the three juvenile male suspects entered the business and allegedly concealed merchandise before they were confronted by loss prevention personnel. One suspect then pushed loss prevention personnel, causing them to fall to the ground, before the suspects exited the store without payment. Loss prevention personnel sustained minor injuries and did not require medical attention. A lookout for the suspects was broadcast and a responding officer observed three individuals matching the descriptions of the suspects and gave them commands to stop. Two suspects initially ran from the officer but subsequently complied with commands and were taken into custody in the 4100 block of 4th Street N. The third suspect was not located and is described as a juvenile Hispanic male wearing a yellow shirt and black shorts. Petitions are pending for the two juvenile male suspects for Robbery. The investigation is ongoing.
