Location: 4600 block of King Street, Arlington VA
Time: Approximately 3:55 p.m., January 17
A man was arrested following a robbery at a business on King Street in Arlington. Officers responded to reports of an assault and found that the suspect had entered the store and behaved disorderly before assaulting an employee. He then grabbed merchandise and exited the store without paying.
Police quickly located the suspect nearby and took him into custody. During the investigation, it was discovered he had previously been banned from the business.
Simba Kundert, 57, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with Robbery and Trespassing. He is currently being held without bond.
