Arlington County police are investigating after two scooter riders allegedly threw a rock at a vehicle and later kicked it following a confrontation on the roadway.
Investigators say the victim was driving near Four Mile Run Drive and West Glebe Road when he honked at two men riding scooters in the roadway. The suspects allegedly responded by throwing what appeared to be a rock at the victim’s vehicle, causing damage.
After the driver left the area and parked, the suspects reportedly approached the vehicle again and kicked it before fleeing.
Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspects.
One suspect is described as a Black male around 20 years old with dreadlocks. The second suspect is described as a Black teenage male wearing a white shirt.
The investigation remains ongoing.
