At approximately 3:54 p.m. on April 6, police were dispatched to the report of an assault just occurred. It was determined approximately 30 minutes prior, the female victim was in a stairwell inside a parking garage when the male suspect approached her from behind and grabbed her buttocks. The victim then screamed and the suspect fled the scene on foot. No injuries were reported. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 16-20 years old, 160-180 pounds wearing a black t-shirt, dark pants and white shoes. The investigation is ongoing.
