At approximately 11:33 p.m. on February 14, police were dispatched to the report of an assault just occurred. Upon arrival, it was determined the female victim was entering a residential building when the male suspect, who was standing outside the building, engaged her in conversation. The suspect subsequently touched the victim inappropriately before fleeing the scene on foot. A lookout was broadcast and responding officers canvassed the area for the suspect yielding negative results. The suspect is described as a heavy-set Hispanic male in his 20’s, approximately 5’7”-5’8”, with black hair wearing all black clothing. The investigation is ongoing.
