In the early hours of November 9, Arlington County police responded to reports of shots fired in the 2000 block of N. Edison Street. Officers canvassed the area and found evidence confirming gunfire, though no victims or property damage were discovered.
During the investigation, officers encountered a male suspect and searched a nearby vehicle. Inside, they uncovered distribution quantities of marijuana, suspected narcotics, a scale, and an undisclosed amount of cash.
Tyrone Gray, 26, of Lanham, MD, was arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana and Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance. The circumstances surrounding the gunfire remain under investigation.
