A man escaped without injury after six suspects allegedly confronted him during an attempted robbery in the 1000 block of S. Arlington Ridge Road.
Police were called at approximately 12:23 a.m. on August 20. Investigators determined the incident had occurred about an hour earlier.
The victim told police he was outside when six males approached him, five of whom were wearing ski masks. The unmasked suspect allegedly displayed what appeared to be a firearm and demanded the victim’s clothing.
The victim ran from the area, and no injuries were reported. Police said the investigation remains ongoing.
