Falls Church VA – A violent altercation unfolded Monday night in the 900 block of S. Dinwiddie Street, where an adult male was stabbed during a confrontation.
Police were dispatched around 9:04 p.m. following reports of a stabbing. Upon arrival, officers discovered an adult male suffering from lacerations caused by an apparent knife attack. First responders administered immediate aid before the victim was transported to a nearby hospital. Authorities report that his injuries are considered non-life-threatening.
According to the investigation, the victim and the suspect were outside when the assault occurred. After attacking the victim, the suspect fled the area on foot. Officers canvassed the neighborhood, but the suspect was not located.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male dressed in all black clothing. The investigation remains ongoing, and authorities are asking anyone with information to contact law enforcement.
