ARLINGTON, VA — Police are investigating after a man allegedly entered a vacant apartment under construction on N. Piedmont Street.
Officers responded to a reported burglary and determined that the suspect entered the vacant apartment before leaving the scene prior to their arrival.
Police described the suspect as a Black man wearing a gray sweatshirt and a face covering.
The investigation remains ongoing.
