Police have obtained warrants following a violent robbery inside a residence on Arlington Boulevard.
According to investigators, the suspect and victim, who know each other, became involved in a verbal dispute that escalated into a physical assault. Police say the suspect displayed a firearm, struck the victim with it, demanded the victim’s cellphone passcode, and prevented him from leaving a room before fleeing.
The victim suffered minor injuries and later sought treatment at a hospital.
Investigators identified the suspect and obtained warrants charging the individual with Robbery and Abduction.
