Arlington County Police are investigating a robbery involving three juvenile suspects who targeted two teenage girls at Chestnut Hills Park on Yorktown Boulevard.
According to authorities, the suspects—three male juveniles—approached the two female victims and started a conversation. During the interaction, Suspect One allegedly snatched cash from one of the girl’s hands and fled toward the parking lot with the others. The victims gave chase and confronted the suspects, at which point Suspect One and Suspect Two reportedly shoved them. Suspect Two then brandished what appeared to be a pocketknife before the trio fled the scene on foot.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported. Officers searched the surrounding area, but the suspects were not located. The investigation remains ongoing as police work to identify and apprehend those involved.
