At approximately 2:46 p.m. on May 29, police were dispatched to the report of a possible dispute inside a residence. Upon arrival, it was determined the male suspect allegedly threw items from his balcony into the parking lot. Responding officers attempted to make contact with the suspect who remained inside the residence. During the course of the incident, officers confirmed the suspect was the sole occupant of the residence and observed the suspect expose himself on the balcony and make threats to burn the building. Additional police resources from the Emergency Response Team, including negotiators, responded to assist with the investigation. At approximately 11:00 p.m., officers took the suspect into custody. Isaac Meals, 37, of Arlington, VA was arrested and charged with Threats to Burn and Indecent Exposure. He was held without bond.
