Police are investigating a robbery after a shoplifting suspect allegedly threatened an employee at a business in Arlington.
According to authorities, the suspect entered the store and concealed merchandise inside his jacket before approaching the checkout counter. During the encounter, the suspect allegedly made threatening statements before fleeing the area on foot.
Officers searched the surrounding area but did not locate the suspect.
The suspect is described as a Black male approximately 6 feet tall, wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans, and carrying a green bag.
The investigation remains ongoing.
