Arlington police are investigating a burglary involving the theft of tools from a secured residential garage on North Quinn Street.
Authorities said the incident was reported late, and investigators determined a suspect entered the garage before stealing tools and fleeing the scene in a black SUV.
The suspect was described as a Black male wearing a black jacket and a hat.
