At approximately 4:26 p.m. on March 12, police were dispatched to the report of a dispute in progress. Upon arrival, it was determined the male suspect, who is known to the victim, allegedly entered the victim’s residence on March 7 and took his vehicle without permission. The suspect then reentered the victim’s home on March 12. Police were called and responding officers took the suspect into custody on scene. Kevin Hazeley, 41, of No Fixed Address was arrested and charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Trespassing and Unlawful Entry.
