At approximately 1:16 p.m. on May 29, police were dispatched to the report of an attempted breaking and entering. Upon arrival, it was determined the male victim was inside his residence when the suspect attempted to open a door to the home. The suspect then fled the scene on foot. No items were reported stolen or damaged. The suspect is described as a male with a thin build and long hair and was wearing a blue hoodie and khaki shorts. The investigation is ongoing.
