At approximately 5:15 p.m. on March 4, police were dispatched to the report of suspicious circumstances. It was determined at approximately 4:30 p.m., the reporting party observed the two male suspects exiting a vacant apartment and leave the building. No items were reported damaged or stolen. Suspect One is described as a Black male, wearing a brown hooded jacket and dark pants. Suspect Two is described as a white male with blue eyes, blonde or red hair, wearing shorts. The investigation is ongoing.
