At approximately 9:15 a.m. on January 31, police were dispatched to the late report of a breaking. Upon arrival, it was determined between 11:21 p.m. on January 30 and 2:55 a.m. on January 31, the male suspect made entry into the residential building during which he tampered with and stole the contents of packages from the mail room before leaving the scene on foot. The suspect is described as a Black male in his early 30s with facial hair wearing a white hoodie, black jacket, black jeans, white sneakers and a black hat. The investigation is ongoing.
