At approximately 5:33 p.m. on February 17, police were dispatched to the report of a suspicious person. Upon arrival, it was determined the male victim was in his residence when he observed the male suspect inside his home and confronted him. The suspect subsequently left the residence and fled the scene on foot. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 20-30 years old, wearing a green puffy jacket, black pants, white sneakers and a black hat. The investigation is ongoing.
