At approximately 10:21 a.m. on September 2, police were dispatched to a vehicle tampering. Upon arrival, it was determined a witness allegedly observed the male suspect attempt to open the door of a parked vehicle. Responding officers located the suspect at 12th Street S. and S. Frederick Street and detained him. During a search incident to arrest, burglarious tools were recovered. The suspect was non-compliant and refused to identify himself during the investigation. He was later identified and determined to be wanted by other jurisdictions. Wilson Jordan Quiroga, 35, of Springfield, VA was arrested and charged with Vehicle Tampering, Obstruction of Justice and Possession of Burglarious Tools.
